Purchase-stage charges appear on your purchase quote. Shipping-stage charges appear on your shipping quote, after we weigh your box.

| Import duties & taxes | At cost, prepaid | Calculated for your destination and shown on the shipping quote. You pay them with the shipping, so the courier asks you for nothing at the door. |

| Fragile packaging | $5–$15 per box | Extra bubble wrap and fragile stickers for delicate items. The amount depends on what the item needs, and it's on your shipping quote before you pay. |
| Express processing | $8.75 | Your box leaves the next business day after your shipping payment instead of within two business days. |
| Shipping Protection | At cost, from 1.5% | Optional cover for loss or damage in transit, priced on item value plus shipping, minimum $0.49. Never added unless you tick it. |
| Storage | Free for 30 days Then $1 per package per day | Measured from the day a package arrives. A packed box waits free 7 more days for its shipping payment. We email you before any fee starts, and nothing is disposed of without a final notice. |
| Heavy package handling | $10 per package | For a package over 23 kg (50 lb), which needs two people to move safely. |
| Special requests | $15 per half hour | Anything outside the normal flow: a specific packing instruction, a document we have to chase. Quoted before we start. |
| Return or cancellation with the store | $7 per item Plus the store's own fees | Once we've bought an item, we cancel or return it with the store for you if its policy allows, and refund what the store refunds, less this fee and any return shipping or restocking the store charges. No fee when the store or we got it wrong. |
| Payment processing | 4.4% + $0.30 | One rate for every customer and every card, on the amount charged. It is part of our price, not a card surcharge, and it appears as its own line on both quotes. |

Duties and taxes, paid up front
Your shipping quote calculates the import duties and taxes for your address and includes them in what you pay. The courier delivers with nothing left to collect. On the few routes where a carrier cannot prepay them, the quote says so and shows the estimate you will pay on delivery.
What we never do
- Mark up the carrier's shipping rate
- Add a fee you did not see on a quote first
